Company books, shared with investors

When a company shares its data room with you, it sends a link. Open that link to read what was shared, with no account needed. An investor account is for setting up your profile, which our team confirms before you can ask companies for access.

Figures from the books
Reports are read from the company accounts when you open them, not from a file somebody exported last quarter.
Shared with you by name
A link is made for one person and expires. The company can see what was opened, and can withdraw it.
Ask inside the room
Questions go to the company from the room itself, and the answers come back to the same place.

Lost your link?

Ask the company that sent it for a new one. A link cannot be looked up, because only the company can decide who sees its books.
